Chad is one of those youth pastors who not only does what they can for the students and parents under their care, but he actively seeks to enrich the lives of youth pastors everywhere. The Genesis conference is just one way Chad is connecting and helping leaders in his area grow into who God created them to be. He’s truly one of MVP’s of youth ministry.
