Ryan holds to the fact that life in ministry is not supposed to occur in a vacuum. Instead, we are supposed to be surrounded by a community that provides love, care, mentoring, training, development, resourcing, and rest. Ryan’s ministry revolves around being that community. On top of that, his passion for church planting and planters is what keeps him motivated and pressing forward.
