You would be hardpressed to find someone more passionate about people and ministry than Sean Kelly. He consistently gives everything he has, everyday, to whatever God has in front of him. His work now consists of helping raise up churches in every neighborhood in Ottawa. It may seem impossible, but that’s probably because you don’t know Sean.
